Our breath is our superpower – it allows us to center and refocus on what is right in front of us. I saw a therapist years ago who shared breathing exercises and breathing meditations, but the most impactful advice she gave me was to just take one deep breath when needed. That’s it! So simple and so powerful.
I don’t always remember to intentionally breathe, but now I take one deep breath before every meeting, every call, every transition in my day. This is how I release what I can’t control and focus again on what is right in front of me.
